The Source for  Premium Cooking Wood

PREMIUM COOKING WOOD

We offer our premium cooking wood in two different sizes for online orders: 14lb and 8lb boxes

5" Pizza Oven Wood: 14lbs

New England's Best - The Savory Blend contains a blend of some of New England’s best species for a great tasting and long-lasting cook. Each box typically contains a mix of Oaks, Maples, Black Birch, Beech & Ash

5" Pizza Oven Wood: 14lbs

Toasted Oak - This is the gold standard. Each piece has been Kiln dried and then “Toasted” to ensure the sought-after flavor and high BTU value Oak is known for. Starts easy and gives a long-lasting burn.

GOURMET BBQ PELLETS

Our competition grade Gourmet Pellets put out about 9300 BTU's of heat. These are made from the same sawdust produced during the production of our Savory Blend 5" wood, pressed together with pressure and heat.

We never use any Chemicals, Waxes, Binders or Fillers and promise an easy start.

WHAT SETS US APART FROM THE REST

Perfectly Sized to Fit - Every Time: We are serious about wood size. We ensure every piece measures exactly 5.25" long, the perfect length for all portable pizza ovens. No fussing with wood that almost fits in your oven; ours is straight out of the box and into the fire.

One Raw material, Multiple Products: We are proud to offer multiple products derived from one raw material. Our focus on efficiency is not limited to how we source products, its in our DNA. We strive to use natural materials whenever possible, and offer products that are from the Earth, good for the Earth. We burn our own wood waste to heat our shop and equipment, and make useable products (like our Pellets) from the clean residual materials left over. Waste not, want not.

Hand Packed with Skill & Care: Every box we sell is Hand Packed by hardworking, fairly paid people. Throughout the packing process we ensure the Moisture Content is below 10%, giving you a premium, clean burning experience every time.

Easy to Use, Easy To Enjoy: Our wood is Kiln dried to less than 10% moisture, and then slowly cured a second time. This dual process ensures an easy light while maintaining the wood's unique flavor properties with minimal smoke.
